CNA or Channel North Africa, is an association that started in the year 2000 by the efforts of several partners who wished to broadcast the Gospel into North Africa using audiovisual materials. The vision of CNA is to see the peoples of North Africa reconciled with God, regenerated and transformed by the Gospel in the communities in which they live.While chairing a meeting of the African Union devoted to wars in Africa, Colonel Gaddafi lashed out at Israel accusing Israel of "being behind all conflicts" on the continent and even called for the closure all Israeli embassies on African soil. Thirty African heads of state participated in this meeting, which comes as Gadhafi celebrates the 40th anniversary of his coming to power in Libya as a result of a coup.Among the leaders present, were the highly controversial President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe and Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir, who is being pursued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes in Darfur.
